Carnival was born from the collective spirit of a people facing challenges, striving to live authentically despite the barriers they faced. The early days of mas were marked by Innocence, until the people began to dabble in expressions less pure. The sections depict female Borokeetes & male Midnight Robbers evolving into a vibrant portrayal of youthful Innocence – represented by L’Esprit as our teens venture into new realms of
expression in Boundaries which relates to the modern-day part of our French heritage.
