When is costume registration for the new carnival year?

Costume registration generally takes place immediately following the Band Launch. Please join our mailing list and visit our website for regular updates on registration times.

When is Toronto Carnival?

The 2026 Toronto Caribbean Carnival (Caribana) will run from Thursday, July 30th, to Monday, August 3rd, 2026, featuring the Grand Parade on Saturday, August 1st, 2026.

When do I need to pay for my costume?

Your non-refundable down payment must be paid upon registration, otherwise your order will be incomplete and immediately cancelled. Orders not paid in full by June 30th, 2026 will be canceled.

What's the Payment Policy?

Costume registration is only considered complete after receipt of a down payment. Down payments are required as follows:

• All Essential and Backline Costumes – $250 CAD and 50% of any upgrade option or add-on

• Customers ordering anything above Backline will be required to pay 50% of their total cost.

Costumes must be paid in full prior to collection, and can be paid:

• At SALDENAH Mas Camp (Cash & EMT only) and online via Credit Card on MasOS.

What do I need for costume registration?

For registration, you need the following:

Size Information:

Ladies: Bra Size (34A, B, C), Bottom Size (S, M, L)

Ladies: Bra Option (Bra, Wire Bra, Monokini, One Piece)

Ladies: Bottom option (Bikini, Thong, Highwaist )

Men: Waist Size (in inches)

Down payments: (Applied to overall cost of costume)

Paid Online or In Person

Can I order extra items with my costumes?

Yes you can order varios extras during registration

I’d like to make a change, upgrade, or add on to my order, can I do that?

All changes must be made within 3 days of ordering. Requests made outside of the 3 day window cannot be guaranteed.

I’m unable to collect my costume … Can another person collect on my behalf?

Yes, you are able to authorize someone to collect your costume on your behalf​, instructions on how to do so will be provided to all registered masqueraders.

When do I collect my costume?

The costume distribution schedule will be advertised via electronic or print media. The final date of costume distribution is Carnival Friday July 31st, 2026 at 6:00pm EST, after which all uncollected costumes remain the property of SALDENAH and any down payments are forfeited by the customer.

Costumes remain the property of SALDENAH until paid for in full and collected.

What does my registration include?

Can I get a refund?

By purchasing a costume, you agree that all payments made are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our business, costumes are custom made to your size request, therefore Saldenah does not provide refunds. All payments made are final and non-refundable. In the event that you cannot make it to carnival or carnival is canceled by no fault of Saldenah Carnival (any act of god, infectious diseases, venue issues, permit issues, etc.), refunds are not issued.
